We love to spend time together as a family, sharing home cooked meals, playing games, watching movies, and just hanging out. One of the things we love doing the most is working on house projects together. Making our house a home and unique to us has been very gratifying. We often laugh because Jayna has the perception that we can make and build anything. She is currently waiting for a slide in the basement and often comes to us with wild house projects she would like to do, like painting each stair rail a different "princess color". Some of our projects in the past have include our garden, fire pit area, play room, and play kitchen for Jayna.

When we are not making trips to Home Depot in the truck on Saturdays you can find us visiting the local farmers markets, gardens, zoos, and parks, or hosting friends and family for dinner. Especially during the summer when we try to have backyard dinners as many nights a week as possible.

Jill is a party planner and designer at heart and will make any excuse to plan an over the top party. She loves to make things special for everyone and enjoys doing all the preparations and planning, and makes it seem effortless. Jill enjoys gardening every year and cooking things from scratch whenever possible. She also has a successful blog that she created a couple years back that she has managed to build and draw revenue and product from that allows her to accomplish her long list of house projects and decorating ideas. Jill loves dabbling in anything and everything and is never afraid to try new things. Jayna and her enjoy going to the water park during the summer, along with playing outside in the backyard, and riding bikes.

Ryan is a great handy man and loves trying to make Jill's house ideas come to life. He enjoys tinkering with the "blue beauty" his 1973 ford truck, and is up for a pick-up game of basketball any day. He loves snowboarding during the winter months and can often be found up the canyon with his co-workers since hitting the slopes is a perk of his job. During the spring and summer he makes sure to hit up at least a couple work soft ball games up in Park City where the whole family enjoys barbecuing and hanging out with his fun co-workers. Ryan loves to cook especially barbecue and is always waiting for good weather so that he can fire up the charcoal.

Jayna loves doing art projects with her homemade puff-paints, watercolors, and play-doughs that Ryan and Jill made her for Christmas this year. She loves yoga, swimming, animals, jumping in her in-door bounce house, playing with friends, helping in the kitchen, playing in the snow, walking to church, and anything active. She is very girly, but is not afraid to get dirty or mess up her hair. Jayna lives to ride her bikes, and scooter, and is up for any adventure.

We love to take trips as a family and can be found vacationing in California or Arizona at our families homes. We love having families that live relatively close so we can visit often.

We also love making trips to Moab Utah where Ryan helped start an annual Breast Cancer Awareness Charity called Raft for the Cure, after a former co-worker of his was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

Some adventures we have been on since being married include repelling off the worlds sixth largest arch, rafting down the grand canyon for a week (which Jill did 3 months pregnant), visiting Ixtapa Mexico, zip lining in Canada, house boating at Lake Powell, and a trip to Disneyland and the beach. We love having fun as a family and look forward to future adventures should they be in our own backyard or in far away new or familiar places.
